Since acrylic is soluble in trichloromethane, no other adhesive is needed for the mutual bonding between acrylic, just use a small syringe (usually 3 to 5ml) to absorb a small amount of trichloromethane liquid, gently and evenly squeeze the trichloromethane onto the surface of the acrylic to be bonded, and immediately press the bonding area tightly. After the liquid volatilizes, the acrylic will be bonded. Attention shall be paid to the appropriate amount of chloroform here. If it is too small, the bonding area is too small and not firm; If too much of it flows to other surfaces, it will leave stains, which will affect the appearance, and it is easy to deform the material, which will also affect the quality. However, it should be noted that chloroform is a toxic chemical, and it cannot be operated if there is a wound on the hand, so as to avoid being immersed into the human body from the wound.
